My experience was simply amazing. I called this morning and explained my issue and I was seen the same day. They exceeded my expectations when the consultation was completed and Dr. Hancock said she could do the root canal and fill the cavity the same day. Everyone was professional from the front of the office to the back. I will be returning next week for a cleaning and X-Rays.

I have been amazed by this dental service. From the front office to the techs to the dentists everyone is genuinely friendly and helpful. They do a great job of being respectful of your time. They get you in on time and they give realistic time tables for appointment length. They are also great about having all co-pay info ready to go so there are no surprises. I have visited twice once for a root canal and recently for teeth whitening procedure. I am a nervous patient and they are extremely patient with me. The office itself is clean and modern and easily located. Truly they are awesome.

I love Dr. Hanckock and her whole staff! Great customer service and she always makes me feel comfortable. I had a lot of work done but she walked me through the process and we both agreed on the best plan for me. I’ll continue to see her for sure.
