My dental anxiety has always come down to one thing: the feeling that people are playing guessing games in my mouth. Dr. Ivory Hancock and the team at Presidential Dental Group are the first to alleviate this anxiety.They were pleasant, professional, and thorough. They used tools I hadn't experienced before and explained what they were doing as they worked. Nobody left me guessing, and I felt at ease the entire visit.The administrative side matters just as much, and this is where my last practice failed me. I once showed up for an appointment they had canceled without telling me. Then I spent weeks calling and getting voicemail, with promised callbacks that never came. Weeks became months. In dentistry, missed time can turn into complications.None of that here.
